Our Values

During the 2010 fiscal year, Central Health conducted a full strategic planning process which led to the creation of our second strategic plan since the organization’s creation.  The new plan defines the Vision, Mission, Values, Goals, and Strategies for the next three fiscal years – from October 2010 through September 2013. Central Health will continue to review our plan annually and revise as needed to ensure that we remain current and focused with our efforts.

Central Health remains committed to the importance of strategic planning to help communicate a shared understanding of our direction and purpose so that resources and efforts are directed to Board-established priorities, employees can readily determine how their work supports the strategic direction, and stakeholders have an accurate expectation of our role within the community.
